Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days before the booked appointment date. Due to certain circumstances, if the appointments are cancelled by concerned doctor, then cancellations will automatically generated from the end of CITY LIFE POLY CLINIC & DIOGNOSTIC CENTRE.

In case of any Refunds approved by the CITY LIFE POLY CLINIC & DIOGNOSTIC CENTRE, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
